Step 1: Access Your Account Begin by logging into your Porpop account. If you don’t have one, sign up on the Porpop website.
Step 2: Navigate to Vendor Dashboard Once logged in, head to the vendor dashboard. This is your central hub for managing the hotels you upload.
Step 3: Click on Bookings In the vendor dashboard, locate the “Bookings” section and click on it. This is where you’ll manage and add new booking products.
Step 4: Add New Booking Product Within the “Bookings” section, find the option to “Add new booking product” and click on it.
Step 5: Fill in Room Details Complete the required fields such as the Room Name and upload a representative photo of the room.
Step 6: Specify Accommodation Booking Tick the “Accommodation Booking” option and choose the appropriate category for the room.
Step 7: Enable Calendar Range Picker Activate the “Enable calendar range picker” option for effective date selection.
Step 8: Customize Booking Settings Uncheck the “Shipping” option and set the maximum booking per block to 1. Also, configure the minimum and maximum booking window (1 day to 12 months).

Step 10: Configure Extra Options Under “Extra Options,” select “Has Person” and “Has Resources.” Fill in the specifications based on the room details.
Step 11: Write Descriptions and Specify Location Provide short and long descriptions of the hotel, ensuring the safety is highlighted. Change the location to match the hotel’s actual location.
Note 1: Verification Process Inform the hotel management that the verification department will reach out to confirm authenticity.
Note 2: Gallery Images Upload major surroundings and room conveniences in the gallery image section.
Note 3: Price List and Contact Information Take a picture of the price list showing all room prices. Submit the contact information of the hotel manager and receptionist for verification purposes.
Note 4: Multiple Room Uploads Each hotel must have at least 3 different rooms uploaded separately.
Note 5: Smartphone Requirement You must have a smartphone with a good camera for the uploading process.

- Payments are made monthly, based on the number of hotels published.
